A report has found that Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg provided election officials with over $500 million to help his effort to violate election laws. Many other big tech corporations have been found trying to lobby the Democratic Party to get their employees government jobs.
The report was published by The Amistad Project of the conservative law firm the Thomas More Society. The report alleges that Zuckerberg used the money he provided to election officials to influence the election in favor of the Democratic Party’s nominee, former vice president Joe Biden.
“What appears to have happened here is that dollars sourced from Zuckerberg have been used to fund a public function that is to be performed under the auspices of public election officials with taxpayer funding,” said lawyer and cybersecurity expert Scott Watnik. “But when it comes to election infrastructure, each state is required to treat people equally under the law – the 14th Amendment applies.”
“It’s no secret at this point that the funds were not disbursed in an even-handed way in terms of election infrastructure. Far from that, the funds were distributed to favor select, left-leaning demographic areas over others, including in swing states.”
The report further states that a large bulk of Zuckerberg’s money went to a little-known progressive nonprofit, Center for Tech and Civic Life. While it is technically listed as a nonpartisan organization, the nonprofit has provided funding for ballot collection sites in jurisdictions dominated by Democratic voters and “considered state election integrity laws as obstacles and nuisances to be ignored or circumvented,” wrote the authors of the report.
The report then goes on to talk about how a “well-funded network” of nonprofits and foundations like the Center for Tech and Civic Life used the events of the previous year – such as the global Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic – as a justification to funnel millions of dollars in violation of the Help America Vote Act to counties and municipalities in battleground states like Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and Michigan. These organizations purportedly did this in the name of “safe elections.”
The large and illegitimate infusion of private funding allowed these Democratic-leaning districts to spend roughly $47 per voter, compared to the $4 to $7 normally spent per voter in traditionally Republican jurisdictions.
Amistad Project director Phil Kline said that action must be taken now to prevent the further privatization of future elections. “The American public deserves transparent and fair elections,” he said, “not lawless elections directed by powerful private interests.”
“Zuckerberg paid for the election judges; he purchased the drop boxes – contrary to state law; he ordered the consolidation of the counting facilities; Zuckerberg paid the local officials who boarded up the windows to the counting room; Zuckerberg money purchased the machines, Dominion and otherwise; and Zuckerberg money was contributed to secretaries of state, like Michigan’s Jocelyn Benson, who has fought transparency in this election.”

Zuckerberg illegally funneling money into the elections is only the tip of the iceberg. Multiple “Big tech alumni” have already been tapped to join either Biden’s transition team or his administration.
Christian Tom was announced as a digital director for Biden’s Presidential Inaugural Committee on Dec. 28. He had previously worked for big tech companies like Twitter, Google and YouTube in senior revenue roles.
Facebook has also had several former high-level employees enter Biden’s team. Former Facebook director Jessica Hertz has signed on as a general counsel for the Democratic transition team. Former program manager Austin Lin has been signed on to the agency review team of the Executive Office of the President.
Former board of directors members Jeffrey Zients and Erskine Bowles have also joined Biden’s team. Zients has been tapped to be Biden’s “coronavirus czar,” while Bowles is serving as an advisor for the transition team.
Two Amazon officials have been hired in the agency review teams for the Department of State and the Office of Management and Budget.
Many more big tech executives have joined the transition team. Anonymous sources have informed Reuters that Google, Amazon, Facebook, Microsoft and other big tech corporations are lobbying the Biden team to get some of their employees hired in senior government positions.
In fact, Google CEO and billionaire Eric Schmidt has been attempting to pressure the Biden team to get some of his recommendations appointed to the Department of the Defense. Google is reportedly attempting to pursue military contracts and defense work. Bowen Xiao of alternative news outlet The Epoch Times speculates that the attempts to infiltrate a possible future Biden administration are a way to influence the Democrats to cease the antitrust probes currently being conducted by President Donald Trump’s Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission against big tech corporations like Google and Facebook.
