The campaign advertisements of Randall Terry, who is running for president on the Constitution Party ticket, feature graphic images of aborted babies.
According to LifeSiteNews, the ads aim to steer away religious voters from the Democratic Party ticket – Vice President Kamala Harris and Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz – and their abortion campaign. Set to air through November, the “provocative” ads prominently feature graphic images of aborted fetuses. Included are about two dozen state-specific ads, tailored for regions where Democrats promote abortion rights through ballot initiatives. In Florida, the campaign heavily promotes ads against Amendment 4, a pro-abortion measure. One ad titled “Black Genocide” features Pastor Stephen Broden, who claims that “the leading cause of death in the black community is abortion.” Broden, also Terry’s running mate in the Constitution Party ticket, also asserts that Black voters who support Amendment 4 are voting for “Black genocide.”
Another ad titled “Pimps and Pedophiles” links abortion to sexual abuse, claiming that women are often coerced into abortions to cover up crimes like sex trafficking. In turn, the ad warns voters that supporting Amendment 4 makes them “accessories to murder.”
In a third ad, Terry shares his personal story, saying his mother chose life despite the challenges of being a single mother. He contrasts his experience with the “heartache and death” he believes abortion brings. He then warned that those who vote for Amendment 4 will have “blood on their hands.”
The other ads accuse Harris and Walz of promoting policies that support abortion, gender mutilation for minors and the perversion of Planned Parenthood. Similarly, in another ad, Terry escalates his rhetoric by labeling the Democratic platform as “Satan’s agenda” and its politicians as “Satan’s servants.” He claims the party has shifted from being an advocate for the “little guy” to one that “kills the little guy,” referring to abortion and gender-affirming medical procedures for minors.
“Once upon a time, Democrats were the party of the little guy. Now they kill the little guy. Democrats promote murdering babies by abortion, mutilating children’s genitals to change their sex, corrupting their innocence with Planned Parenthood’s perversion. Democrat policy toward children is violent, abusive, Satanic. Christians should not support Satan’s agenda or cast a vote for his servants,” Terry insists as a picture of Harris and Walz is displayed.
In an interview with LifeSiteNews, Terry explained that they decided to use such powerful imagery as incorporating images of aborted babies into its messaging to help religious and conservative voters understand that abortion is murder.
“You cannot end a holocaust of this magnitude without showing the victims and calling it ‘Murder.’ There are rules and tools in social warfare, and if those five rules and tools are not used, you lose: incendiary images, radical rhetoric, aggressive action, serious sacrifice and verifiable victory,” Terry said as he explained the need to change the tactics employed in defeating inhuman Democrat policies and politicians. “With those tactics you win, without them, you lose.”
Terry also criticized mainstream pro-life organizations for their reluctance to embrace controversial tactics and imagery. He noted that St. Pope John Paul II described abortion as “murder” in his encyclical “Evangelium Vitae” (The Gospel of Life) and asserted that this unflinching label should be central to their messaging.
“The pro-life movement establishment does not want to be controversial,” Terry said. “That would be absurd.”
